摘要
以普通硅酸盐水泥基础,通过掺入高铝水泥、石膏等构建了三元复合胶凝材料体系。在固定外加剂掺量的基础上,通过调节胶凝材料组成、集料参数得到了砂浆流动性和力学性能变化规律,并制备了早期强度高、胶砂质量比稳定的自流平砂浆。研究了胶凝材料组分、胶砂质量比与集料级配对砂浆的流动性与力学性能的影响,得到了最佳配比。
In view of the problems of low early strength and poor quality stability of self-leveling portland cement-based mortar,this paper mainly used ordinary portland cement,mixed with high-alumina cement and gypsum to form a ternary composite cementitious material system.On the basis of fixing the amount of admixture,the changes of mortar fluidity and mechanical properties were obtained by adjusting the composition of cementitious materials and aggregate parameters,and the self-leveling mortar with high early strength and stable quality was prepared.The effects of cementitious material composition,cementitious sand ratio and aggregate gradation on the fluidity and mechanical properties of mortar were studied,while the optimum ratio was obtained.
