摘要
系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)是一种多系统自身免疫性疾病,男女发病比为1∶10~1∶12。研究表明体内激素和免疫系统存在多途径相互作用,导致疾病的发生、发展,因此了解激素的水平变化及其影响机制对SLE的诊断和治疗至关重要。本文通过介绍雄激素、雌激素、孕激素、催乳素、瘦素对特异性免疫和非特异性免疫系统的影响,阐述了体内激素紊乱条件下免疫系统失常与SLE患者发病的内在联系,同时以临床靶向内源性激素治疗药物验证了其与SLE发病的密切相关性,以期深化读者对SLE发病机制的认识。
Systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)is a multi-system autoimmune disease with a male to female incidence ratio of 1∶10~1∶12.Studies have shown that there are multiple ways of interaction between hormones and the immune system in the body,leading to the occurrence and development of diseases.Therefore,it is very important to clarify the level of hormone changes and its influence mechanism for the diagnosis and treatment of SLE.In order to deepen readers'understanding of the pathogenesis of SLE,this article introduces the effects of androgens,estrogen,progesterone,prolactin,and leptin on specific immune and non-specific immune sys-tems,and expounds the immune system disorders and the effects of hormone disorders in the body.The internal connection of the onset of SLE patients,and the clinically targeted endogenous hormone therapy drugs have verified its close correlation with the onset of SLE.
