摘要
免疫球蛋白A(IgA)主要分为血清型和分泌型。分泌型IgA(sIgA)是机体黏膜防御系统的主要成分,防止病原体入侵机体的第一道防线。sIgA分子通过直接结合病原体抗原,中和或阻断一系列病毒的活性,并阻止它们附着在宿主细胞上。sIgA在抗病毒领域的治疗潜力,使得sIgA在抗病毒领域备受关注,因此可能用于临床抗病毒治疗。本文重点对sIgA在抗病毒治疗中的应用现状及进展进行综述。
Immunoglobulin A(IgA)is a major subtype of mammalian humoral response to pathogenic invasion,particularly at the mucosal surface where most of the pathogens gain entry.IgA is divided into serotype and secretory type.Secretory IgA(sIgA)serves as the main component of the mucous membrane defense system and the first line of defense against pathogen.sIgA neutralizes or blocks the activity of a series of viruses and prevents them from attaching to host cells by directly binding to antigens.The therapeu-tic potential of sIgA in the antiviral field renders it considerable attention,and it may be a better choice for clinical application.This re-view focuses on the recent advancement in research and development of sIgA as an antiviral therapy.
