Developments in immunotherapy for advanced non-small cell lung cancer

肺癌因其高发病率、高病死率一直备受关注。非小细胞肺癌是肺癌最常见的病理类型,其治疗方法在不断探索中得到发展。在传统化疗基础上,更多治疗方式,如放射治疗、靶向治疗、抗血管生成治疗等使肺癌内科治疗方法选择范围更广。近年随着免疫检查点抑制剂不断发展,越来越多患者从免疫治疗中获益,同时也出现了更多新药及新的用药方式。本文就免疫治疗发展历程、生物标志物及免疫治疗的最新临床应用等进行介绍。

Lung cancer has always attracted people's attention because of its high morbidity and mortality.As the most common pathological type of lung cancer,non-small cell lung cancer has been developed in process of continuous exploration.On basis of traditional chemotherapy,more treatment methods,such as radiation therapy,targeted therapy,antiangiogenic therapy,have made choice of lung cancer medical treatment more extensive.In recent years,with continuous development of immune checkpoint inhibitors,an increasing number of patients are benefiting from immunotherapy,it has also stimulated development of new drugs and new ways.This article introduces development of immunotherapy,biomarkers and the latest clinical application of immunotherapy.
