摘要
通过对科技创新和碳排放效率互动机理分析,构建科技创新和碳排放效率协同发展指标体系,运用耦合协调模型,测算2011—2020年闽东北、闽西南协同发展区科技创新和碳排放效率的耦合关系和耦合协调度,并对两大协同发展区的空间演化进行分析。研究发现:从耦合关系上看,两大协同发展区科技创新和碳排放效率水平基本呈上升趋势,二者相互影响、相互作用;两大系统的耦合关系可以分为五个阶段,二者相互交替上升,共同带动经济发展;两大系统的耦合协调度可以分为六个阶段,虽然中间有部分年份呈拮抗关系,但总体而言呈协调发展趋势;两大协同发展区应从空间上完善创新链条,走科技创新和区域产业协同的发展道路。研究结果表明,两大协同发展区应当立足新发展阶段,以经济社会全面绿色转型为引领,正确处理好发展和减排的关系,坚定不移走生态优先、绿色低碳的高质量发展道路。
Based on the analysis of the interaction mechanism between scientific and technological innovation and carbon emission efficiency,this paper constructs an index system for the collaborative development of scientific and technological innovation and carbon emission efficiency,uses the coupling coordination model to estimate the coupling relationship and coupling coordination degree between scientific and technological innovation and carbon emission efficiency in the collaborative development areas of northeast and southwest Fujian from 2011 to 2020,and analyzes the spatial evolution of the two collaborative development areas.The results show that from the coupling relationship,the level of scientific and technological innovation and carbon emission efficiency in the two major collaborative development areas is basically on the rise,and the two influence and interact with each other;The coupling relationship between the two major systems can be divided into five stages,which rise alternately and jointly promote economic development;The coupling coordination degree of the two major systems can be divided into six stages,although there is an antagonistic relationship between some years in the interim,overall it shows a coordinated development trend;The two major collaborative development areas should improve the innovation chain in space,and follow the development path of scientific and technological innovation and regional industry coordination.The research results show that the two major collaborative development areas should be based on a new stage of development,guided by the comprehensive green transformation of the economy and society,correctly handle the relationship between development and emission reduction,and firmly adhere to the high-quality development path of ecological priority and green low-carbon.
