文旅融合语境下公共图书馆研学活动开展策略--以开封市图书馆为例

Strategies for Conducting Research Activities in Public Libraries Under the Background of Cultural and Tourism Integration--Taking Kaifeng Library as An Example

22018年,原文化部与原国家旅游局进行职责整合,组建了文化和旅游部,文旅融合发展的序幕由此拉开。在以文化和旅游部为顶层制度和机构支撑下,河南省办公厅于2022年2月印发的《河南省“十四五”文化旅游融合发展规划》明确了需要以“文化创意十科技创新”为基本路线和主攻方向,强力实施文旅文创融合战略。开封市2022年3月印发的《建设国家文化和旅游消费试点城市工作方案》提出,需要持续推进重大文旅项目建设,大力发展研学旅行,打造“研学开封知行中国”品牌。国家、省、市三个层面对文旅融合发展高度重视,公共图书馆作为公共文化服务供给的前沿阵地,应积极响应政府部门的呼吁,提升文化产品的供给与服务效能。在这样的背景下,开封市图书馆对公共图书馆研学开展进行了一系列的探索,文中以开封市图书馆为例,分析了研学活动的设计与组织策略。

In 2o18,the former Ministry of Culture and the former National Tourism Administration integrated their responsibilities to form the Ministry of Culture and Tourism,which kicked off the integrated development of culture and tourism.In the context of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism as the top-level system and institutional support,the General Office of Henan Province issued the“14th Five-Year Plan for the Integrated Development of Cultural Tourism in Henan Province”in February 2022,which clearly takes“cultural creativity+scientific and technological innovation”as the basic line and main direction of attack,and vigorously implements the strategy of cultural tourism,cultural and creative integration.In March 2022,Kaifeng issued the“Work Plan for Building a National Cultural and Tourism Consumption Pilot City”,proposing to continue to promote the construction of major cultural tourism projects,vigorously develop study tours,and create the brand of“Research and Study Kaifeng,Zhi Xing China”.The national,provincial and municipal levels attach great importance to the integration and development of culture and tourism,public libraries as the forefront of public cultural service supply,should actively respond to the call of government,improve the supply and service efficiency of cultural products,in this context,Kaifeng Municipal Library has carried out a series of explorations on public library research.This paper takes Kaifeng Municipal Library as an example to analyze the design and organizational strategy of research activities.
