摘要
【目的】针对传统既有建筑绿色改造过程中设计参数复杂、设计效果可视化低及建筑性能分析不准确等问题,基于BIM技术对甘肃省兰州市区内某单位的行政办公楼进行既有建筑绿色改造的应用研究。【方法】通过收集获取既有建筑属性信息,建立建筑实景三维模型,用于绿色方案设计选择,主要从外墙、屋面和窗户三个方面进行了既有建筑的绿色改造分析。【结果】结果表明:经过绿色改造后外墙的热系数为0.038,屋面的传热系数小于0.30,窗户的传热系数为1.750,均满足国家标准规范要求。【结论】研究成果为BIM技术在西北地区既有建筑绿色改造中的应用提供参考。
[Purposes]In view of the complex design parameters,low visualization of design effect and inaccurate analysis of building performance in the process of green transformation of traditional existing buildings,the application research of green transformation of existing buildings in the administrative office building of a unit in Lanzhou city of Gansu Province is carried out based on BIM technology.[Methods]Through collecting the existing building attribute information,a 3D model of the real building was established for the selection of green scheme design.The green transformation of the existing building was analyzed mainly from three aspects:exterior wall,roof and window.[Findings]The results show that the thermal coefficient of the external wall is 0.038,the heat transfer coefficient of the roof is less than 0.30,and the heat transfer coefficient of the window is 1.750,which all meet the requirements of national standards.[Conclusions]This study provides a reference for the application of BIM technology in the green transformation of existing buildings in Northwest China.
