摘要
【目的】在知识经济和创新驱动的背景下,现有的双创载体已无法满足创业者的需求,创新街区的产生和发展成为解决当前问题的有效途径,本研究通过分析中国双创载体的发展现状及存在的问题,研究了创新街区的发展现状与对策。【方法】采用文献综述和案例分析的方法,系统性地总结了创新街区的形成机制和发展趋势,同时归纳总结了空间优化型、园区产城融合型和环高校院所集聚型三种创新街区的建设方向。【结果】研究结果显示,创新街区作为一种新兴的创新载体,在促进创业创新、推动产业升级和促进区域经济发展等方面具有显著的优势和潜力。不同类型的创新街区在发展模式、资源配置和服务体系等方面存在差异,但都能为创业者和创新团队提供良好的创新环境和支持平台。【结论】基于研究结果,提出了要强化创新载体平台支撑、完善科技创新服务体系支撑、构建财政金融政策支撑、优化城市规划引导支撑、做实“产学研联动”支撑等建议。
[Purposes]In the context of knowledge economy and innovation driven,the existing mass entrepreneurship and innovation carriers are no longer able to meet the needs of entrepreneurs.Therefore,the emergence and development of innovation districts have become an effective way to solve the current problems.This article analyzes the development status and problems of mass entrepreneurship and innovation carriers in China,and studies the development status and countermeasures of innovation districts.[Methods]This article adopts the methods of literature review and case analysis to systematically summarize the formation mechanism and development trend of innovation districts.At the same time,it summarizes the construction directions of three types of innovation districts:spatial optimization type,park industry city integration type,and university cluster type.[Findings]The research results show that innovation districts,as an emerging innovation carrier,have significant advantages and potential in promoting entrepreneurship as well as innovation,industrial upgrading,and regional economic development.There are differences in development models,resource allocation,and service systems among different types of innovation districts,but they can all provide a good innovation environment and support platform for entrepreneurs and innovation teams.[Conclusions]Based on the research results,this article proposes suggestions such as strengthening the support of innovation carrier platforms,improving the support of scientific and technological innovation service systems,constructing fiscal and financial policy support,optimizing urban planning guidance support,and implementing"industry university research linkage"support.
