摘要
[研究目的]信息暂避是抵御消极情绪和缓解社交压力的低成本手段,因此,研究社交网络用户信息暂避意愿的形成机制,对于防止社交网络使用的消极影响具有指导意义。[研究方法]基于CAC(认知—情感—意向)框架,从“自我”和“关系”路径构建角色压力影响信息暂避意愿的有调节的双中介模型,收集359份微信用户的调查数据并整合结构方程模型(SEM)与必要条件分析(NCA)的混合方法进行分析。[研究结论]研究结果表明,角色压力通过“自我”路径(心理脱离)和“关系”路径(印象管理动机)影响用户信息暂避意愿;认知需要负向调节了心理脱离对信息暂避意愿的影响。该研究丰富与拓展了信息暂避相关研究,加深了社交网络平台对用户行为模式的理解。
[Research purpose]Information avoidance is a low-cost means of counteracting negative emotions and relieving the negative impact of social media usage.Thus,it is necessary to identify the reasons of social network users'temporary information avoidance intention in order to prevent the negative impact of social network use.[Research method]Based on the cognition-affection-conation(CAC)framework,this research developed the complex process of how role stress affects temporary information avoidance intention through an agentic and communal perspective.A total of 359 WeChat users'sample data were collected and analyzed by the mixed method of SEM(structural equation modeling)and the methods of NCA(necessary condition analysis).[Research conclusion]The results showed that psychological detachment and impression management motivation both play complementary mediation role between role stress and temporary information avoidance intention;The need for cognition negatively regulates the positive influence of psychological detachment on temporary information avoidance intention.This study enriches and expands research on temporary information avoidance,and deepens the understanding of social network platforms on user behavior patterns.
