产业结构升级对长江经济带数字经济发展的影响研究

Research on the Impact of Industrial Structure Upgrading on the Digital Economy Development in the Yangtze River Economic Belt

数字经济作为一种快速发展的新经济形态,与产业发展密不可分,研究产业结构升级对数字经济发展的影响机制具有重要意义.基于此,首先构建长江经济带数字经济发展评价指标体系,运用主成分分析法测度2013-2020年长江经济带各省市数字经济发展水平;然后构建空间计量模型分析长江经济带产业结构升级对数字经济发展的直接影响与溢出效应.结果表明,长江经济带区域内数字经济发展不均衡,产业结构升级对本省市和相邻省市的数字经济发展均有显著促进作用.

Digital economy is a rapidly developing new economic form,it is closely in contact with industrial development,it has important theoretical and practical significance to study the influence mechanism of indus-trial structure upgrading on the digital economy development.Firstly,this paper constructs a digital economy development evaluation index system in the Yangtze River Economic Belt,measuring the digital economy de-velopment level in provinces and cities of the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2013 to 2020 by principal component analysis,Then,structuring a spatial econometric model to analyze the direct and spillover effect of the upgrading of the industrial structure on the development of the digital economy in the Yangtze River Eco-nomic Belt.The research conclusions are as follows:the digital economy development is quite different in the region of the Yangtze River Economic Belt,the upgrading of the industrial structure has an important impact in promoting the development of the digital economy,whether it is for the province or neighboring provinces and cities.
