基于主成分分析-耦合协调模型的生态文明理念下新疆农业可持续发展综合评价

Based on Principal Component Analysis-Coupled Coordination Model Comprehensive Evaluation of Sustainable Agricultural Development in Xinjiang under the Concept of Ecological Civilization

摘要 利用主成分分析、耦合协调度模型对1998—2020年间新疆农业可持续发展水平进行了综合评价和分析.结果表明,1998—2020年新疆农业可持续发展水平整体呈上升趋势,但2018—2020年的可持续发展水平出现轻微回跌.在此基础上,结合当下生态环境状况以及新疆经济发展的实际情况,建立起适合新疆特色的、操作性较强的农业可持续发展体系,从而保障我国新疆农业在生态文明理念下与整个国民经济持续协调快速发展. A comprehensive evaluation and analysis of the level of sustainable agricultural development in Xin-jiang during the period 1998-2020 was conducted using PCA and coupled coordination degree models.The results show that the overall sustainable development level of Xinjiang’s agriculture from 1998 to 2020 showed an upward trend,but the sustainable development level from 2018 to 2020 showed a slight decline.On this basis,a sustainable agricultural development system suitable for Xinjiang’s characteristics and with strong operability is established,taking into account the current ecological and environmental conditions and the ac-tual situation of Xinjiang’s economic development,so as to ensure the sustainable and rapid development of Xinjiang’s agriculture and the whole national economy under the concept of ecological civilization.
