THDS-2/3型催化剂在加氢精制装置扩能改造中的工业应用

摘要 为了满足中海石油中捷石化有限公司8×105 t/a柴油加氢精制装置对高空速超深度脱硫催化剂的需求,联合中海油天津化工研究设计院有限公司开发了钴钼型THDS-2、镍钼型THDS-3催化剂。该系列催化剂以硅改性氧化铝为基础结合凝胶法工艺制备载体,与常规方法相比,该载体比表面积增加14.5%、孔容增加8.2%、强酸含量降至0.196 mmol/g。同时结合双络合剂浸渍技术制备的催化剂活性相较单络合剂浸渍技术制备的催化剂提高3.2%。在微型固定床反应器评价过程中,在不增加反应器装填体积的条件下对THDS-2、THDS-3催化剂采用级配装填的方式时,反应过程具有加氢活性优异、活性稳定性好、对原料适应性广等优点。工业标定期间催化剂体积空速为1.79 h^(-1),处理量达到了127.3 t/h,产品柴油硫、氮含量均小于5µg/g,满足企业的扩能改造需求,实现了装置产能的最大释放。 In order to meet the requirements of CNOOC Zhongjie Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.8×105 t/a diesel hydrofining unit urgently needs of high‐altitude and ultra‐deep desulfurization catalysts,the cobalt molybdenum THDS-2 and nickel molyb‐denum THDS-3 catalysts were developed in collaboration with CenerTech Tianjin Chemical Research and Design Institute Co.,Ltd.This series of catalysts adopted the carrier prepared by the silica modified alumina combined with the gel process.Compared with conventional methods,the specific surface area of the carrier was increased by 14.5%,the pore volume was increased by 8.2%,and the strong acid content was decreased to 0.196 mmol/g.The activity of the catalyst impregnated with double complexing agent was higher than that of the catalyst prepared with single complexing agent.In the evaluation pro‐cess of micro fixed bed reactor,the grated loading method of the THDS-2 and THDS-3 catalysts was adopted without in‐creasing the reactor loading volume,the reaction process had advantages such as excellent hydrogenation activity,good ac‐tivity stability,and wide adaptability to raw materials.During the industrial calibration,the catalyst volume space velocity was 1.79 h^(-1),the treatment capacity reached 127.3 t/h,and the sulfur and nitrogen mass fractions of the product diesel were less than 5µg/g,meeting the needs of enterprise capacity expansion,and realizing the maximum release of plant capacity.
