广西壮族自治区临床护士预防导尿管相关尿路感染的知信行调查及影响因素分析

Investigation on knowledge,attitude and behavior of clinical nurses in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous region to prevent catheter-associated urinary tract infections and analysis of influencing factors

目的:了解广西壮族自治区临床护士预防导尿管相关尿路感染的知识、态度、行为现状并分析其影响因素。方法:运用整群抽样法选取广西壮族自治区医院的4960名临床护士作为调查对象,采用临床护士一般资料调查表和经修订的导尿管相关尿路感染预防知信行量表进行问卷调查,采用多元线性回归分析护士预防导尿管相关尿路感染知信行的影响因素。结果:广西壮族自治区临床护士预防导尿管相关尿路感染知识维度、态度维度、行为维度、总分分别为(108.09±10.05)分、(30.47±4.71)分、(76.81±9.82)分、(215.37±19.62)分。多元线性回归分析结果显示,性别、年龄、工龄、职称、医院类型、医院级别是临床护士预防导尿管相关尿路感染知信行水平的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:广西临床护士对预防导尿管相关尿路感染的行为积极,但知识及态度有待提高。管理者应根据护士的不同特征进行相关知识培训,通过强化知识建立积极态度,规范操作行为,进而提高留置尿管病人护理质量。

Objective:To investigate the knowledge,attitude and behavior of clinical nurses in prevention of catheter-associated urinary tract infections in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous region and analyze the influencing factors.Methods:A total of 4960 clinical nurses from hospitals in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous region were selected as the investigation objects by cluster sampling method.The general data questionnaire of clinical nurses and the revised knowledge,attitude and behavior scale for the prevention of catheter-associated urinary tract infections were used to conduct a questionnaire survey,and the factors affecting the knowledge,attitude and behavior of nurses for the prevention of catheter-associated urinary tract infections were analyzed by multiple linear regression.Results:The scores of knowledge dimension,attitude dimension and behavior dimension and total scores of clinical nurses in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous region for prevention of catheter-associated urinary tract infections were(108.09±10.05),(30.47±4.71),(76.81±9.82)and(215.37±19.62),respectively.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that gender,age,years of service,professional title,hospital type and hospital level were the factors affecting the knowledge,attitude and behavior level of clinical nurses to prevent catheter-associated urinary tract infections(P<0.05).Conclusions:Clinical nurses in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous region behaved positively toward the prevention of catheter-related urinary tract infections,but their knowledge and attitude need to be improved.Managers should conduct relevant knowledge training according to different characteristics of nurses,establish positive attitudes and standardize operational behaviors by strengthening knowledge,and then improve the quality of care for patients with indwelling urinary catheters.
