教育信息化背景下印刷包装专业产教融合人才培养改革与创新实践

Reform and Innovation Practice of Industry-Teaching Integration Talent Cultivation in Printing and Packaging Majors under the Background of Educational Informatization

教育信息化水平的提升是加快教育现代化和建设教育强国的重要支点,产教融合是培养符合产业深度转型、推动社会经济发展的复合型人才的重要手段。在推进教育信息化建设这个当前教育领域重点工作之一的背景下,以湖南工业大学印刷包装专业为例,对高校突出人才培养目标、夯实学科建设基础、适应印刷包装产业发展需求、深化信息化教育课程改革等方面进行了积极探索。实践证明在教育信息化条件下,加速印刷包装专业人才培养模式的创新、推进印刷包装专业特色课程的开发、增强印刷包装专业实习实训基地及产学研服务平台的建设,有助于创新人才培养,为推动教育信息技术与印刷包装产业转型升级深度融合、可持续协同发展提供有益参考。

The improvement of educational informatization level is an important pivot point for accelerating education modernization and building an educational power,and the integration of industry-teaching is an important means to cultivate composite talents that meet the deep transformation of industry and promote social and economic development.Under the background of promoting the construction of educational information technology,which is one of the key tasks in the current education field,taking Hunan University of Technology as an example,the following contents were explored including highlighting the goal of talent training,consolidating the foundation of discipline construction,adapting to the development needs of the printing and packaging industry,and deepening the reform of the information technology education curriculum,etc.The talent training practice proved that under the condition of educational informatization,accelerating the innovation of the talent training mode of printing and packaging,promoting the development of special courses of printing and packaging,enhancing the construction of internship training base and industry-university-research service platform of printing and packaging,are helpful for training innovative talents.It provides the reference for promoting the deep integration and sustainable synergistic development of educational informatization technology and transformation and upgrading of printing and packaging industry.
