区域供冷项目高效集中冷站运行能效分析 被引量:1

Analysis on Operation Energy Efficiency of High Efficient Centralized Cooling Station of Regional Cooling Project

摘要 本文结合广东某区域供冷项目,首先对水系统管路进行优化,降低水阻力;其次优化冷站设备选型,确保设备在源头上能效高效;最后基于系统节能优化控制策略,采用逐时能耗仿真计算方法对系统全年运行能效进行模拟,对高效系统方案的能耗、能效和经济性进行分析。结果表明,实现冰蓄冷系统空调工况全年运行能效比达到3.8以上;冰蓄冷系统蓄冰工况全年运行能效比达到3.3以上,冰蓄冷系统全年运行能效比达到3.6以上。使区域供冷系统全年运行能效提高20%以上,变频方案全年节费率为19.2%,投资回收期2年左右,推动区域供冷系统的全面能效升级与行业进步。 Based on a regional cooling project in Guangdong,the water system pipeline was optimized first to reduce water resistance in in this article;secondly optimizes the selection of cooling station equipment to ensure that the equipment is energy efficient at the source;finally,based on the system energy-saving optimization control strategy,the energy efficiency of the system throughout the year was simulated by the hourly energy consumption simulation calculation method and the energy consumption,energy efficiency and economics of the high-efficiency system scheme were analyzed.The results show that the annual operating energy efficiency ratio of the ice storage system under the air-conditioning conditions can reach 3.8 or above;the ice storage system under the ice storage conditions can achieve an annual operating energy efficiency ratio of 3.3 or above,and the ice storage system has an annual operating energy efficiency ratio of 3.6 or above.The annual operating energy efficiency of the district cooling system is increased by more than 20%,the annual cost saving rate of the frequency conversion scheme is 19.2%,and the investment payback period is about 2 years,which promotes the overall energy efficiency upgrade of the district cooling system and industry progress.
