Budget management is an important part of the management of primary medical and health institutions,which is crucial to ensure the quality and efficiency of medical and health services.With the development of social economy and the growing demand for medical and health services,grassroots medical and health institutions are facing increasing pressure.How to strengthen the budget management of grassroots medical and health institutions and enhance the scientificity and effectiveness of the budget is an urgent problem to be solved at present.Starting from the connotation and importance of budget management of primary medical and health institutions,this paper discusses the existing problems in budget management of primary medical and health institutions,and puts forward relevant coping strategies for reference.
