Difficulties and Potential for Expanding Domestic Demand in Heilongjiang Province

黑龙江省受外部经济发展环境、自身体制机制等多重因素影响,呈现出人口规模缩小、收入增长缓慢、供给与需求不匹配、企业投资意愿不强、基础设施投资能力受限、房地产投资需求转弱等问题,严重制约黑龙江省扩大内需发展进程。但在新发展阶段,随着新经济新业态新模式的快速发展,黑龙江省在消费升级、产业转型、新基建、绿色低碳等重点领域发展潜力巨大。

Being affected by multiple factors such as external economic development environment and internal institutional mechanisms,Heilongjiang Province is facing with problems such as shrinking population size,slow income growth,mismatch between supply and demand,weak investment willingness of enterprises,limited infrastructure investment capacity,and weakened real estate investment demand,which seriously restrict the process of expanding domestic demand in the province.However,in the new stage of development,with the rapid development of new economy,new formats,and new models,the province has great potential for development in key areas such as consumption upgrading,industrial transformation,new infrastructure,and low-carbon growth.
