摘要
创新是公司的核心竞争力之源。作为社会发展的主体,企业必须不断地进行创新以适应市场的变化。通过选取2006-2020年A股上市公司数据进行研究,从理论和实证两个方面探讨了CEO开放性特征对公司双元创新的影响作用,以及股权激励对CEO开放性特征与双元创新之间关系的调节作用。研究结果显示:具有开放性特征的CEO更乐于进行双元创新活动,即CEO开放性会促进企业双元创新;进一步地与未实行股权激励的企业相比,实施股权激励的公司,CEO开放性特征对企业双元创新的促进作用更强。结论不仅丰富了我国双元创新与高层梯队理论的相关文献,而且对制定科学、合理的CEO选拔方案、推进双元创新活动的发展具有重要的启示和借鉴意义。
Innovation is the source of the company's core competitiveness.As the main body of social development,enterprises must constantly innovate to adapt to market changes.Selecting the data of A-share listed companies from 2006 to 2020,the study discusses the influence of CEO's openness characteristics on the company's dual innovation from both theoretical and empirical aspects,and the moderating effect of equity incentive on the relationship between CEO's openness characteristics and dual innovation.The results show that CEO with openness characteristics are more willing to carry out binary innovation activities,that is,CEO openness will promote the enterprise's binary innovation.Furthermore,compared with the companies without equity incentive,the openness of CEO in the companies with equity incentive has a stronger promoting effect on the dual innovation.The conclusion not only enriched the literature related to the theory of dual innovation and top echelon,but also provided an important enlightenment and reference for making scientific and rational CEO selection plan and promoting the development of dual innovation activities.
