摘要
为了避免煤炭资源的浪费,厚煤层综放工作面需要确定合理的区段煤柱宽度。以山西某矿2314工作面为工程背景,引进扰动因子和掘进因子修正了区段煤柱的理论计算公式,并根据煤柱应力现场实测和数值模拟手段来综合确定了工作面区段煤柱的留设尺寸。研究结果表明,采用理论计算、现场实测、数值模拟研究手段分别得到的合理区段煤柱尺寸基本一致,综合各因素确定工作面煤柱留设尺寸为30m。
In order to avoid the waste of coal resources,it is necessary to determine a reasonable section coal pillar width for the fully mech-anized top coal caving face in thick coal seams.Taking the 2314 working face of a certain mine in Shanxi as the engineering background,the theoreti-cal calculation formula of section coal pillars was modified by introducing disturbance factors and excavation factors.Based on on-site measurement and numerical simulation of coal pillar stress,the reserved size of section coal pillars in the working face was comprehensively determined.The re-search results indicate that the reasonable section coal pillar size obtained through theoretical calculation,on-site measurement,and numerical sim-ulation research methods is basically the same.Taking into account various factors,the reserved size of the coal pillar in the working face is deter-mined to be 30 m.
