摘要
针对小型二冲程发动机的电控系统进行开发研究,以S9KEAZ128微处理器为控制核心,采用小型发动机控制芯片MC33814,完成了发动机电控系统的硬件和软件设计。软件系统以曲轴位置传感器为核心,ECU分析处理传感器采集的数据并制定控制策略,控制发动机喷油点火。半物理仿真试验表明该ECU控制系统可根据外部传感器信号,准确控制发动机喷油点火,控制策略有效可行。
For the development of the electronic control system of small two-stroke engines,the S9KEAZ128 microprocessor is used as the control core,and the MC33814 small engine control chip is used to complete the hardware and software design of the engine electronic control system.The software system uses the crankshaft position sensor as the core,and the ECU analyzes and processes the data collected by the sensor and develops a control strategy to control the engine injection and ignition.The semi-physical simulation shows that the ECU control system can accurately control the engine injection and ignition according to the external sensor signals and that the control strategy is effective and feasible.
