基于电阻法的智能型电缆故障自动定位装置的研发

摘要 目前电缆故障测距方法主要有行波法和电桥法.在上海及周边地区,由于地下水位高、常年雨水多,电缆故障多数为浸水性故障.对于浸水性电缆故障,行波法使用困难;而传统电桥法会出现因接地电阻不稳定导致的指针不稳、人工读数难、误差大等问题.为此,研发了基于电阻法的智能型电缆故障自动定位装置,采取计算机自动测量.对普通电缆故障,该装置具有准确性高的优势,可规避人工误差.电桥法只能用于电缆单相故障或两相故障,而该装置实现了电缆三相故障定位,当电缆屏蔽层连通时,仍可使用,将电桥法的高精度测距适用性扩大. At present,cable fault location mainly includes traveling wave method and bridge method.In Shanghai and surrounding areas,due to the high water level and year-round rainfall,most of the cable faults are submerged faults.For submerged cable faults,the traveling wave method is difficult to use.The traditional bridge method may encounter problems such as unstable pointer,difficulty in manual reading,and large error caused by unstable grounding resistance.For this purpose,an intelligent cable fault automatic locating device based on the resistance method is developed,which takes automatic computer measurements.For common cable faults,the device has the advantage of high accuracy,and it can circumvent manual errors.The bridge method can only be used for single-phase faults or two-phase faults in cables,while this device realizes three-phase faults in cables.When the cable shield is connected,the device developed in this paper can still be used,extending the applicability of the bridge method for high-precision distance measurement.
