显性影响与隐性影响:我国学术国际影响力的发展困境与提升策略

Impacts and Influences:The Dilemmas and Improvement Strategies of Chinese Academic International Performance

学术国际影响力既包括论文数量、被引频次、期刊等级等可量化指标衡量的显性国际影响力,又包括成为国际交流的节点和枢纽、获得卓越学术奖项、成为全球优秀人才聚集地、学科发展开拓者等隐性国际影响力。研究发现,近年来中国学术的显性国际学术影响力取得显著进步,显示出科研发展蕴藏的巨大潜力,但在隐性国际学术影响力上的表现不足。中国学术亟需实现由显性影响力到隐性影响力的转化,而实现这一转化需要坚定不移地走国际化路线、改进现有评价体系、建设学术共同体文化、加强学术能力建设等。

The academic intemational performance includes"impacts"and"influence".The former is measured by quantifiable indicators such as the number of papers,frequency of citations,and joumal rankings,and the latter includes aspects such as becoming a node and hub of intemational network,winning global reputation,becoming a destination of outstanding talents,and pioneering the academic frontiers of disciplines.This study found that the"impact"of China's academics has made a significant progress in recent years,showing the great potential of scientific research development,but the performance in"influence"is still insufficient.Thus,this paper suggests that it is urgent for China's academics to improve intemational"influence".To achieve this objective,it requires extending internationalization,improving the existing evaluation system,building academic community culture,and strengthening academic capacity.
