何种教学方式更能促进硕士研究生在线学习投入度?——基于江苏省26所高校学生调查数据的分析 被引量:2

摘要 基于江苏省26所高校5700名全日制硕士研究生在线课程学习经历调查数据,采用分位数回归等方法,探究教学方式对硕士研究生在线学习投入度的影响。研究发现,直播、线上互动探讨对互动性和自主性投入的影响呈现倒U型趋势;录播、MOOC对硕士研究生的在线学习起着重要作用;硕士研究生的互动性投入亟待提升,直播+录播/MOOC的融合模式成效显著;多数教学方式对中低投入水平的硕士研究生具有显著正向影响;教学方式对不同学科和类型硕士研究生在线学习投入度的影响存在异质性。因此,建议构建多样有序的在线教学体系,重视录播与MOOC的使用;整合多种教学方式优势,为在线互动赋能增效;开展分层教学,根据硕士研究生的不同投入水平因材施教;开展分类教学,根据专业特色和学位类型采取差异化教学策略。 Based on the survey data of online leamning experience of 5700 full-time postgraduate students from twenty-six universities in Jiangsu Province,this study uses quantile regression and other methods to explore the impact of teaching methods on online engagement of postgraduate students.It finds that the impact of live broadcasting and online interactive discussion on interactive engagement and autonomous engagement presents an inverted U-shaped curve.Recording and MOOC play an essential role in online leaming of postgraduate students.The combination of live broadcasting and recording or MOOC has an important effect on the interactive engagement of postgraduate students,which needs to be improved.At the middle and low-engagement level,most of the teaching methods have a significant positive impact on the postgraduate students.The influence of teaching methods on online engagement of postgraduate students in different disciplines and types of degree is heterogeneous.Therefore,this study suggests to build a diversified and orderly online teaching system,and pay more attention to the use of recording and MOOC.It is necessary to integrate the advantages of multiple teaching methods to promote online interaction.On the one hand,teachers should carry out stratified teaching and teach students according to their different levels of engagement.On the other hand,teachers should carry out classified teaching and adopt dlifferentiated teaching strategies according to postgraduate students disciplines and types of degree.
