摘要 教学决策是教育教学活动的关键,教学决策质量在很大程度上决定着教育的有效性。数据驱动教学决策有助于解决传统教学决策过分依赖决策主体经验、教育信息不足等问题,从认识论、方法论、功能释放和权力重构方面驱动教学决策范式转向,赋能教学决策创新。在运行逻辑上,数据驱动教学决策的多元主体参与,凸显教育的民主参与性;数据驱动教学决策的人技协同,凸显技术工具的效用性;数据驱动教学决策的链动与智能,凸显数据的驱动性;数据驱动教学决策的整体性,凸显系统的发展性。在发展进路上,从决策主体层面提升教师数据素养,夯实数据驱动教学决策主体参与协同的能力基础;从决策手段层面搭建智能教师助理平台,打牢“人技协同”的教学决策的技术根基;从决策过程层面优化教育数据质量管理,发挥数据驱动教学决策的智能驱动作用;从决策执行层面引入循证教学评价模式,保障数据驱动教学决策的整体性科学推进。 Teaching decision is the key to education and teaching activities,and the quality of teaching decision basically determines the effectiveness of teaching.Data-driven teaching decision-making helps to solve the problems in traditional teaching decision-making,such as over-reliance on decision-makers subjective experience and lack of teaching information,and drives the paradigm shift of teaching decision-making from aspects of epistemology,methodology,function release and power reconstruction,empowering the innovation of teaching decision-making.In terms of operational logic,the participation of multi subjects in data-driven teaching decision-making highlights the democratic participation of education;the man-machine cooperation of data-driven teaching decision-making highlights the effectiveness of technology;the chain and inteligence of data-driven teaching decisionmaking process highlight the drive of data;the integrity of data-driven teaching decision-making highlight the development of decision-making system.In terms of the development approach,at the level of decision makers,it is needed to improve teachers data literacy and consolidate the ability foundation of data-driven teaching decision makers;at the decision-making technical level,it is needed to build an intelligent teacher assistant platform to lay a solid technical foundation for supporting teaching decision-making based on。human-technology"collaboration;at the decision-making process level,it is needed to improve the ability of educational data govemance and stabilize the comerstone of data-driven teaching decision-making;at the decision execution level,it is needed to carry out the evidencebased evaluation model to ensure the scientific promotion of data-driven teaching decision-making.
