摘要 随着“大豆振兴计划”实施和种植结构调整,近年来甘肃省大豆种植面积呈增加趋势,为了给甘肃大豆生产提供丰产性、广适性和抗病性大豆品种,以Strong为母本、吉育71为父本,通过有性杂交、系谱法选育出了大豆新品种陇豆4号。该品种在2020—2021年的甘肃省大豆品种(系)区域试验中,2 a 12点(次)平均折合产量为2538.45 kg/hm2,较对照品种陇豆2号增产7.22%。在2022年的甘肃省大豆品种(系)生产试验中,5个试点平均折合产量为2941.50 kg/hm2,较对照品种陇豆2号增产4.75%。陇豆4号春播生育期平均为137 d,与对照陇豆2号相同。株型半开张,亚有限结荚习性。株高101.4 cm,单株有效荚数48.3个,单株粒重17.3 g,百粒重19.9 g。籽粒圆形,外观品质好,完全粒率高,籽粒含粗蛋白395.0 g/kg、粗脂肪189.2 g/kg。具有产量高、抗性好、适应性广等特性,于2023年通过甘肃省农作物品种审定委员会审定。适宜在甘肃省干旱、半干旱雨养农业区和河西绿洲灌区非保灌区的中晚熟、晚熟大豆种植区春播种植。 With the implementation of the'Soybean Revitalization Plan'and the adjustment of planting structure,the soybean planting area in Gansu Province has shown an increasing trend in recent years.In order to provide new soybean varieties with high yield potentials,wide adaptability,and disease resistance for soybean production in Gansu Province,Longdou 4,a new soybean variety,was bred by crossing and pedigree method with Strong as the female parent and Jiyu 71 as the male parent.From 2020 to 2021,data from the regional experiment of soybean varieties(lines)in Gansu Province showed that the average yield of Longdou 4,from 12 sites in 2a,was 2538.45 kg/ha which was 7.22% higher than of the control variety Longdou 2.Data from the 2022 production experiment of soybean varieties(lines)in Gansu Province showed that the average yield of Longdou 4,from 5 sites,was 2941.50 kg/ha which was 4.75% higher than of the control variety Longdou 2.The average growth period of spring sown Longdou 4 is 137 days,which is the same as that of Longdou 2.The plant type is semi-open with sub-limited podding habit.The plant height is 101.4 cm,the number of effective pods per plant is 48.3,the grain weight per plant is 17.3 g,and the 100-grain weight is 19.9 g.The grain shape is round,the appearance quality is ideal,and the complete grain rate is high.The crude protein in the seed is 395.0 g/kg and ether extract content is 189.2 g/kg.It has the characteristics of high yield,good resistance and wide adaptability,and was registered by Gansu Provincial Crop Variety Approval Committee in 2023.It is suitable for spring sowing in the arid and semi-arid rain-fed agricultural regions of Gansu Province and Hexi Oasis Irrigation region,and is also suitable in the middle to late maturing and late maturing soybean planting areas in the non-protected irrigation area of Hexi Oasis Irrigation region.
