摘要
地埋滴灌是通过地下毛管将水分渗入到植物根系层的微灌技术,但滴灌带不同铺设方式对作物产量和品质影响较大,为了探索滴灌带不同埋设深度和间距对苜蓿产量及营养品质的影响,为沙地地埋式滴灌苜蓿栽培应用与推广提供技术支撑。以苜蓿品种WL168为材料,设置滴灌带埋设深度分别为25、20、20、15、20 cm,间距分别为50、40、60、50、50 cm 5个处理,研究了不同铺设方式对沙地苜蓿产量及营养品质的影响。结果表明,滴灌带埋设深度20 cm、间距50 cm处理的苜蓿总产量最高,为11500 kg/hm^(2),显著高于其他处理(P<0.05);苜蓿粗蛋白含量(CP)较高,第1茬为193.3 g/kg,第2茬为208.3 g/kg。滴灌带埋设深度20 cm、间距40 cm处理的苜蓿中性洗涤纤维含量(NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维含量(ADF)第1茬均最低,分别为321.3 g/kg、244.7 g/kg。滴灌带埋设深度20 cm、间距50 cm处理的第2茬苜蓿(NDF)最低,为409.7 g/kg;滴灌带埋设深度15 cm、间距50 cm处理的第2茬苜蓿ADF最低,为336.6 g/kg。相对饲喂价值(RFV)滴灌带埋设深度20 cm、间距40 cm处理第1茬最高,为201.93;滴灌带埋设深度20 cm、间距50 cm处理第2茬最高,为141.11。综合生产性能及营养品质可知,滴灌带埋设深度20 cm、间距50 cm苜蓿产量和品质最佳。
Subsurface drip irrigation is a micro-irrigation technology that infiltrates water into the plant root layer through underground capillaries,but different laying methods of drip irrigation belt have great influence on crop yield and quality.In order to explore the effects of drip irrigation belts with different buried depth and spacing on the yield and nutritional quality of alfalfa,so as to provide technical support for the application and promotion of alfalfa cultivation with subsurface drip irrigation in sandy land,alfalfa variety WL16 was used as the experiment material,5 different burial depths with different spacing of drip irrigation belts were set up,i.e.,burial depth of 25,20,20,15 and 20 cm with spacing of 50,40,60,50 and 50 cm,respectively,to study the effects of different laying methods on the yield and nutritional quality of alfalfa in sandy land.The results showed that the highest total yield,11500 kg/ha,was found in treatment with a burial depth of 20 cm and spacing of 50 cm,which was significantly higher than that of the other treatments(P<0.05),of which the crude protein contents in the first cut and second cut were 193.3 g/kg and 208.3 g/kg,respectively.The lowest neutral detergent fiber(NDF)content and the acid detergent fiber(ADF)content in the first cut were found in treatment with a burial depth of 20 cm and spacing of 40 cm,which were 321.3 and 244.7 g/kg,respectively.Lowest NDF content in the second cut was found in treatment with a burial depth of 20 cm and spacing of 50 cm which was 409.7 g/kg.Lowest ADF content in the second cut was found in treatment with a burial depth of 15 cm and spacing of 50 cm which was 336.6 g/kg.The highest relative feeding value(RFV)in the first cut was found in treatment with a burial depth of 20 cm and spacing of 40 cm which was 201.93,whereas the highest RFV in the second cut was found in treatment with a burial depth of 20 cm and spacing of 50 cm which was 141.11.Based on the production performance and nutritional quality,the yield and quality of alfalfa were the best when the burial depth of drip irrigation belt was set at 20 cm with spacing of 50 cm.
