光滑河蓝蛤形态性状对质量性状的影响

摘要 为分析光滑河蓝蛤(Potamocorbula laevis)的形态性状对质量性状的影响,以随机选取的108个光滑河蓝蛤为研究对象,对其形态性状(壳长、壳高、壳宽)和质量性状(总质量、壳干重、软体干重)进行了数据测量。利用相关分析、通径分析和回归分析探究形态性状对质量性状的影响。结果表明:光滑河蓝蛤的表型相关系数均达到了极显著水平(P<0.01),总质量、壳干重同壳高之间的表型相关系数最大(0.868、0.845),软体干重同壳长之间的表型相关系数最大(0.649)。壳长同总质量、软体干重之间的直接通径系数最大(0.424、0.524),决定系数最大(0.1798、0.2746)。壳宽同壳干重之间的直接通径系数最大(0.426),决定系数最大(0.1815)。通过回归分析,建立了光滑河蓝蛤形态性状对总质量、壳干重、软体干重的最优回归方程,可为光滑河蓝蛤选育及“碳中和”目标提供理论参考。 In order to analyze the effect of shell morphological traits on quality characters of Potamocorbula laevis,108 Clams were randomly selected as the research objects,and their morphological characters(shell length,shell height,shell width)and quality characters(total mass,shell dry weight,soft body dry weight)were measured.Correlation analysis,path analysis and regression analysis were used to explore the effects of morphological traits on quality traits.The results showed that:the phenotypic correlation coefficients of Potamocorbula laevis all reached a very significant level(P<0.01),and the phenotypic correlation coefficients between total mass,shell dry weight and shell height were the largest respectively(0.868,0.845),and so as to correlation coefficient between the soft body dry weight shell length(0.649);the direct path coefficient between the shell length with the total mass and soft body dry weight is the largest(0.424,0.524),and the determination coefficient is the largest(0.1798,0.2746);The direct path coefficient between the dry shell weights is the largest(0.426),and the coefficient of determination is the largest(0.1815).Through regression analysis,the optimal regression equations of the mor-phological traits of Potamocorbula laevis on the total mass,shell dry weight and soft body dry weight are estab-lished,which can provide a theoretical reference for the breeding of Potamocorbula laevis and"carbon neutrality"goal achieved.
