摘要
正确使用引用文件,对于标准的编制具有相当重要的意义。本文通过对部分国家标准、行业标准、地方标准的学习和梳理,分析和讨论了引用文件的现状,并结合多年的工作经历,给出了一些改进的建议,希望能够为标准化工作提供一点启示。
The correct use of reference documents is of considerable significance to the preparation of normative documents.Through studying and sorting out some national standards,industry standards and local standards,this paper analyzes and discusses the current situation of the cited documents,and gives some suggestions in combination with the author's many years of work experience,hoping to provide a litle insight into the standardization work.
