摘要
采用厌氧颗粒污泥的I C厌氧反应器工艺是制浆造纸废水处理过程中的重要技术,过程中会产生C H4含量60%~75%的沼气,没有提纯过的沼气其燃烧效果较差,利用率相对较低。因此可以对废水处理过程中产生的沼气进行提纯,使其C H4含量达96%或以上,改善其燃烧特性。本文结合某造纸企业沼气提纯工程,对新型Q-PSA沼气提纯技术进行了研究。
The IC anaerobic reactor process with anaerobic granular sludge is an important technology in the treatment of papermaking wastewater.In this process,biogas with methane content of 60%-75%will be produced.The combustion effect of biogas without purification is poor,and the utilization rate is relatively low.Therefore,the biogas produced in the process of wastewater treatment can be purified,and the methane content can reach 96%or above,and the combustion characteristics can be improved.In this paper,a new type Q-psa biogas purification technology is studied in detail through the biogas purification project of a paper mill.
