摘要
传统纸浆生产使用单项控制,纸浆中存在大量杂质,直接影响了最后的成品纸粗糙度和质量。为解决这一问题,需要充分利用P L C技术,发挥现代工业技术优势。本文以PLC控制技术在造纸作业中的技术价值出发,利用模型的方法完成各种数据管理,通过优化原料、作业步骤,提高工程质量,探索制浆造纸质量控制管理方式,对造纸流程进行优化,最优控制造纸质量。
Single control measures are used in traditional pulp production.Due to the large amount of impurities in the pulp,the roughness and quality of the final finished paper are directly affected.In order to solve this problem,it is necessary to make full use of PLC technology and give full play to the advantages of modern industrial technology.Based on the technical value of PLC control technology in papermaking,this paper uses the model method to complete various data management.By optimizing raw materials and operation steps,the project quality is improved,the quality control mode of pulping and papermaking is explored,and the quality of papermaking control is optimized.
