Design of Intlligent Power Distribution Equipment

为了满足对系统各个设备的配电控制与管理,设计了一种将设备电源启动、电源分配、设备状态显示以及控制功能规划为配电控制部件、配电执行部件和配电面板三个单体实现的智能配电设备。该智能配电设备采用功能全面的智能控制系统,实现了设备分时/分流受控输出、直流输出过压/过流保护和交流输入过欠压/输出过流保护等功能;采用多路并网控制,通过以太网与指控分系统通讯,可实时上报设备状态和故障信息,并且具有数据存储功能,可通过上位机实现数据分析。

In order to satisfy the power distribution control and management of each device in the system,an intelligent power distribution equipment is designed,which plans the power startup,power distribution,device status display and control functions into power distribution control unit,power distribution executive unit and power distribution panel.The intelligent power distribution equipment uses a comprehensive intelligent control system to realize the functions of time-sharing/shunt controlled output,DC output overvoltage/overcurrent protection and AC input overvoltage/undervoltage/output overcurrent protection.It adopts multi-channel grid-connected control,communicates with the charge subsystem through Ethernet,can report the equipment status and fault information in real time,and has the data storage function,can realize the data analysis through the upper computer.
