In order to improve the welding quality of the HXD2 locomotive frame,the main factors affecting the welding quality of the HXD2 locomotive frame are analyzed.Through five aspects of analyzing the welding quality control factors of the locomotive frame,it is concluded that improving the professional quality of welding personnel and selecting appropriate welding parameters are the primary tasks to achieve the welding quality of the HXD2 locomotive frame.
