凝汽器管束区流场的数值模拟与结构优化

摘要 以某600 MW汽轮机发电机组所配套的凝汽器管束结构为例,基于多孔介质模型的CFD方法,对该凝汽器管束区域流场进行了数值模拟.针对该管束结构,通过调节管束排空气通道倾斜角度宽度、壳侧壁面尺寸以及管束位置的方法,对凝汽器内部流场进行改进.结果表明,整体管束优化后的结构能够有效减小涡流范围,并缓解管束主凝结区空气聚集现象,相比整体管束改进前的管束主凝结区的最大空气体积分数值降低了39.7%. In this paper,a CFD method based on a porous medium model is used to numerically simulate the flow field in the condenser bundle area of a 600 MW turbine generator unit.For this tube bundle structure,the internal flow field of the condenser was improved by adjusting the width of the inclination angle of the tube bundle exhaust air passage,the size of the shell side wall and the position of the tube bundle.The results show that the optimized structure of the overall tube bundle can effectively reduce the vortex range and alleviate the air concentration in the main condensation zone of the tube bundle,and the maximum air concentration in the main condensation zone of the tube bundle is reduced by 39.7% compared with that before the improvement of the overall tube bundle.
