摘要
为了降低石油化工装置及现场配套设施控制系统的全生命周期成本,具有通用化程度高、软件定义硬件、部署灵活等特点的通用I/O技术解决方案得到广泛研究和应用。介绍了通用I/O技术中的关键技术和分布式应用技术,以及远程I/O接线箱在防爆、通信、恶劣环境运行时的要求,分析了通用I/O分布式工程应用。实际应用表明:通用I/O技术具有数字化、集成化、通用化、支持远程部署的特点,能够减少机柜间接线与交叉布线,节约工程建设成本,缩短设计与建设周期。
To reduce the full lifecycle cost of control systems of petrochemical installation and on-site supporting facilities,solutions of universal I/O technology with the characteristics of high universality,hardware defined by software,flexible deployment and etc.have been widely studied and applied.The key technology and distributed application technology of universal I/O,and the requirements on anti-explosion,communication and severe conditions for the remote I/O connecting box are introduced.The project applying of universal I/O technology is analyzed.The actual application indicates that the universal I/O technology has the characteristics of digitization,integration,universalization and supporting remote deployment.It can reduce the connecting and crossing wiring among the cabinets,and save the project constructing cost,and shorten design and construction period.
