摘要
锂离子电池是储存可再生能源的一种常见方法,由于存在热失控,可能放出易燃和有毒气体并诱发火灾,因此,锂离子电池也有一些独特的安全问题。分析了锂离子电池的设计内容,探讨了与热失控有关的危险及防护措施,提出了锂离子电池危险评估方案,并讨论了旨在减缓与此类事件有关风险的系统的设计考虑因素和要求。通过仔细考虑所涉及风险和设计精良的风险减缓策略,使可容忍的风险水平达到安全要求。
Li-ion battery is a common way for storing re-generation energy.The flammable and toxic gas may be emitted and cause the fire because of heat out of control,therefore,Li-ion battery also has some unique safety problems.The design content of Li-ion battery is analyzed.The danger and preventive measures related to heat out of control are discussed.The risk assessment scheme for Li-ion is put forward.The systematic design consideration factors and requirements to reduce relative risk for the mentioned cases are further discussed.Through careful consideration of concerned risk and excellent risk reduction strategy,the tolerable risk level can satisfy the safety requirement.
