摘要
介绍了紧急切断阀部分行程测试的应用背景,列举了目前主流的三种实施方案,并从安全可靠性、经济性、使用注意事项等方面综合分析了三者的优缺点;介绍了具有部分行程测试功能的紧急切断阀的平均失效率的计算公式,并通过实例计算验证了部分行程测试对于平均失效率的影响。探讨了部分行程测试的使用场合,以及是否采用具有部分行程测试功能的阀门即可满足安全性需求,经过分析得出在使用部分行程测试阀门时需要关注的参数。
The application background of partial stroke test of emergency shut-off valve is introduced,three mainstream implementation schemes are listed,the advantages and disadvantages of three schemes are comprehensively discussed from the aspects of safety and reliability,economy,and precautions for use,etc.The calculation formula of the average failure rate of the emergency shut-off valve with partial stroke test function is introduced,the influence of partial stroke test on the average failure rate is verified by an example calculation.The application occasion of partial stroke test is discussed,whether the valve with partial stroke test function can meet the safety requirements is also discussed.The parameters that need to be concerned when using valves with partial stroke test are obtained after analysis.
