胃肠充盈超声造影技术对胃癌的检查和诊断探讨

Discussion on the application of contrast-enhanced ultrasonography in the diagnosis of gastric cancer

目的 探讨胃肠充盈超声造影检查对胃癌的临床诊断价值。方法 选取甘肃省人民医院2017年7月至2022年7月行胃肠充盈超声造影诊断胃癌107例,排除非胃癌或未手术16例,最终入组91例,分析胃肠充盈超声造影术前T分期预评估,与术后病理结果进行对照研究。结果 入组91例,胃癌T分期的准确率为75.82%,T1期为66.66%,T2期为64.29%,T3期为71.42%,T4期为85.00%;结论 胃肠充盈超声造影检查对胃癌术前T分期预评估的准确率较高,具有较高的临床互补应用价值,尤其适用于对胃癌高危人群进行筛查和健康人群胃肠体检。

Objective To explore the clinical diagnostic value of gastrointestinal filling contrast-enhanced ultrasound in gastric cancer.Methods A total of 107 cases of gastric cancer were diagnosed with gastrointestinal filling contrast-enhanced ultrasound at the People's Hospital of Gansu Province,and 16 cases were excluded from non gastric cancer or non surgery.Finally,91 cases were enrolled.The preoperative TNM staging pre evaluation of gastrointestinal filling contrast-enhanced ultrasound was analyzed,and a comparative study was conducted with postoperative pathological results.Results In 91 cases,the accuracy of T staging for gastric cancer is 75.82%,with T1 being 66.66%,T2 being 64.29%,T3 being 71.42%,and T4 being 85.00%.Conclusions Gastrointestinal filling contrast-enhanced ultrasound has high clinical complementary application value for advanced gastric cancer,especially suitable for screening high-risk groups of gastric cancer and gastrointestinal examination of healthy individuals.
