凉血散瘀汤对高血压脑出血微创术后患者中医症候积分、神经功能缺损评分的影响

Effect of Liangxue Sanyu decoction on TCM syndrome scores,neurological deficit score of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage after minimally invasive surgery

目的:探究凉血散瘀汤对高血压脑出血微创术后患者中医症候积分、神经功能缺损评分和日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分的影响。方法:按照随机数字表法将97例高血压脑出血微创术后患者分为两组,对照组(n=48)采用常规治疗,试验组(n=49)在常规治疗基础上加用凉血散瘀汤,比较两组疗效、中医症候积分、神经功能缺损评分以及ADL评分。结果:中药组治疗有效率97.96%高于对照组的83.33%(P<0.05);两组治疗前中医症候积分、美国国立卫生院神经功能缺损量表(NIHSS)、ADL评分比较差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05);中药组治疗后眩晕、头痛、心悸怔忡、胸闷中医症候积分较对照组低(均P<0.05);中药组治疗后NIHSS评分较对照组低(P<0.05);中药组治疗后ADL评分较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:凉血散瘀汤治疗高血压脑出血微创术后患者可改善其中医症候,提高患者日常生活能力,改善神经功能缺损情况。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Liangxue Sanyu decoction on TCM syndrome scores,neurological deficit score and activity of daily living scale(ADL)score of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage after minimally invasive surgery.Methods:97 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage after minimally invasive surgery were divided into two groups according to random number table method.The control group(n=48)received conventional treatment,and the Chinese medicine group(n=49)was added with Liangxue Sanyu decoction on the basis of conventional treatment.Efficacy,TCM syndrome scores,neurological deficit score and ADL score were compared between the groups.Results:The treatment response rate in the Chinese medicine group was 97.96%,higher than 83.33%in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in TCM syndrome scores,the national institutes of health stroke scale(NIHSS)score,ADL score between the two groups before treatment(all P>0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome scores of dizziness,headache,palpitation and chest tightness in Chinese medicine group were lower than those in control group(all P<0.05).After treatment,NIHSS score of Chinese medicine group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the ADL score of Chinese medicine group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Liangxue Sanyu decoction can improve the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome and neurological function defect of patients after minimally invasive surgery for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage,and improve patients’daily living ability.
