益气养血汤联合参芪扶正注射液治疗胃癌患者肿瘤相关性贫血疗效研究

Effect of Yiqi Yangxue decoction combined with Shenqi Fuzheng injection on cancer related anemia in patients with gastric cancer

目的:探究益气养血汤联合参芪扶正注射液治疗胃癌患者肿瘤相关性贫血(CRA)的临床疗效。方法:选取105例胃癌患者为研究对象,根据治疗方案分为观察组(n=52)和对照组(n=53)。比较两组临床疗效及不良反应,比较两组治疗前后中医症候积分、血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞(RBC)、血小板计数(PLT)、红细胞压积(HCT)水平、Karnofsky功能状态(KPS)评分和体力状况评分(PS)。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组倦怠懒言、面色无华、头晕目眩和腹胀纳差各项中医症候积分低于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组Hb、RBC、PLT和HCT水平高于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组KPS评分高于对照组,PS评分低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:益气养血汤联合参芪扶正注射液治疗胃癌患者CRA的疗效显著,可纠正患者贫血状态。

Objective:To observe the curative effect of Yiqi Yangxue decoction combined with Shenqi Fuzheng injection on cancer related anemia(CRA)in patients with gastric cancer.Methods:A total of 105 patients with gastric cancer pathologically confirmed in the hospital were enrolled as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into observation group(n=52)and control group(n=53).The clinical curative effect and adverse reactions,scores of TCM syndromes,levels of hemoglobin(Hb),red blood cells count(RBC),platelet count(PLT)and hematocrit(HCT),scores of Karnofsky performance status scale(KPS)and performance status(PS)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The total response rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The TCM syndromes scores of burnout and laziness to speak,lusterless complexion,dizziness,abdominal distension and poor appetite in observation group were lower than those in control group(all P<0.05).The levels of Hb,RBC,PLT and HCT in observation group were higher than those in control group(all P<0.05).The KPS score in observation group was higher than that in control group,while PS score was lower than that in control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Curative effect of Yiqi Yangxue decoction combined with Shenqi Fuzheng injection on CRA in patients with gastric cancer is significant,which can relieve anemia.
