康复训练联合高压氧治疗脑外伤患儿的临床效果及对神经功能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨康复训练联合高压氧治疗脑外伤患儿的临床效果及对神经功能的影响。方法纳入于2020年3月—2023年3月收治于丽水市中心医院的脑外伤患儿共96例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组均48例。对照组患儿给予常规术后治疗和高压氧治疗,观察组患儿在对照组患儿治疗基础上联合康复训练,所有患儿均连续治疗1月。对比两组患儿血清中髓鞘碱性蛋白(MBP)、脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)、胶质细胞源性神经营养因子(GDNF)、超氧化歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)及丙二醛(MDA)的表达水平。对比两组患儿治疗效果和不良事件发生率。结果治疗后两组患儿血清MBP(观察组:0.94±0.18 vs.0.37±0.08;对照组:0.88±0.24 vs.0.52±0.08)及MDA(观察组:14.08±2.71 vs.8.78±1.94;对照组:14.68±2.38 vs.10.58±2.07)水平较治疗前均显著降低,血清BDNF(观察组:4.33±0.93 vs.8.58±1.73;对照组:4.44±1.03 vs.7.14±2.13)、GDNF(观察组:2.14±0.50 vs.4.52±0.87;对照组:2.06±0.43 vs.3.68±1.17)、SOD(观察组:45.30±4.47 vs.67.82±5.15;对照组:45.47±4.20 vs.58.67±4.22)及CAT(观察组:41.24±3.84 vs.60.34±4.96;对照组:41.32±3.83 vs.54.23±3.46)水平均显著升高(P<0.05),且观察组患儿较对照组患儿各指标变化更显著(P<0.05)。观察组患儿治疗总有效率显著高于对照组患儿(97.92%vs.87.50%,P<0.05),两组患儿不良事件发生率差异无统计学意义(6.25%vs.10.42%,P>0.05)。结论康复训练联合高压氧治疗能够显著降低脑外伤患儿神经损伤程度和体内氧化应激水平,同时改善患儿神经营养状态,有利于提高脑外伤患儿治疗总有效率,且该治疗方案临床安全性较高,具有较广阔的临床应用前景。
