三主体双轨道交互式护理干预在老年慢性阻塞性肺气肿患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Three-subject Dual-track Interactive Nursing Intervention in Elderly Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Emphysema

目的观察三主体双轨道交互式护理干预在老年慢性阻塞性肺气肿患者中的应用效果。方法选取2019年2月-2022年2月在我院诊治的60例老年慢性阻塞性肺气肿患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各组30例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上联合三主体双轨道交互式护理干预,比较两组6 min步行距离、运动耐量时间、生活质量(SF-36)评分、呼吸功能评分、护理满意度。结果两组护理后6 min步行距离、运动耐量时间均大于护理前,且观察组大于对照组(P<0.05);两组护理后SF-36评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组护理后症状、活动、影响各维度评分均低于护理前,且观察组各维度均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为93.33%,高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。结论三主体双轨道交互式护理应用于老年慢性阻塞性肺气肿患者中可提高护理满意度,增大运动耐量时间、6 min步行距离,改善患者生活质量、呼吸功能,具有较理想的护理效果,值得临床应用。

Objective To observe the application effect of three-subject dual-track interactive nursing intervention in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema.Methods A total of 60 elderly patients with chronic obstructive emphysema who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was combined with three-subject double-track interactive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The 6-minute walking distance,exercise tolerance time,quality of life(SF-36)score,respiratory function score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The 6-minute walking distance and exercise tolerance time of the two groups after nursing were greater than those before nursing,and those in the observation group were greater than those in the control group(P<0.05).The SF-36 scores of the two groups after nursing were higher than those before nursing,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of symptoms,activities and effects in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the scores of each dimension in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of three-subject dual-track interactive nursing in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema can improve nursing satisfaction,increase exercise tolerance time and 6-minute walking distance,and improve patients'quality of life and respiratory function.It has ideal nursing effect and is worthy of clinical application.
