“遗传咨询”教学过程中思政元素的挖掘

摘要 遗传咨询是以商谈和指导的方式为遗传病患者及其亲属或其他相关人员提供服务,是医学遗传学课程内容在临床工作中的具体应用,在医学专业中占据着重要地位。传统的授课方式极易忽略遗传咨询所要达到的情感和价值目标。而课程思政能以“润物细无声”的方式将所要传递的情感和价值目标融入教学内容中,以此培养医学生“敬佑生命、救死扶伤、甘于奉献、大爱无疆”的医者精神。文章从教学目标的确定、教学内容的选择、教学效果评价等方面通过对典型案例进行情景模拟的教学模式进行教学设计,并深入挖掘遗传咨询授课过程中的思政元素,期望能潜移默化地实现遗传咨询的“课程思政”,同时也为医学遗传学中的课程思政改革提供新的思路和视角。 Genetic counseling is to provide services for patients with genetic diseases or other relevant personnel in the way of consultation and guidance.It is the specific application of medical genetics curriculum content in clinical,and occupies an important position in the medical profession.Traditional teaching methods tend to overlook the emotional and value goals of genetic counseling.The "curriculum ideology and politics" can integrate the emotion and value goal to be conveyed into the teaching content in the way of "moistening things silently",so as to cultivate the medical students' spirit of "respecting life,healing the wounded and saving the dying,being willing to contribute,and having boundless love".From the aspects of determining teaching objectives,selecting teaching content,and evaluating teaching effects,this paper designs the teaching mode of scenario simulation of typical cases,and deeply explores the ideological and political elements in the teaching process of genetic counseling,hoping to subtly realize the "curriculum ideology and politics" of genetic counseling,and also provide new ideas and perspectives for the "curriculum ideological and political" reform of medical genetics.
