PBL教学法在手术室实习护士带教中的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探究以问题为导向的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)在手术室妇科专业组护理带教中的作用。方法 选取2021年1月—2022年6月手术室新入妇科组的40名护理实习生,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组20名。对照组采用传统教学法进行手术室带教,观察组采用PBL教学法。在相同时间的带教后,对实习护士的理论知识和操作技能进行评估,并分析教学满意度反馈和医生满意度反馈。结果 传统教学组理论成绩(70.00±13.38)分,操作成绩(75.40±7.62)分,PBL教学组理论成绩(79.50±13.56)分,操作成绩(81.20±7.64)分。与传统教学组相比,PBL教学组理论和操作考核成绩有显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。PBL教学组实习护士对带教的满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。在医生对护士手术配合满意度打分中,PBL教学组显著优于传统教学组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 PBL教学相较于传统教学法有着巨大的优势,能显著提高实习护士的理论和操作成绩,提升手术配合效果。同时PBL教学对培养护士多项专业能力有一定作用,能多角度提升护士综合素质。 Objective To explore the role of problem-based learning(PBL)in nursing teaching for gynecological specialty groups in operating rooms.Methods From January 2021 to June 2022,a total of 40 intern nurses in the operating room were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 20 nurses in each group.The traditional teaching method was used for operating room teaching in the control group,and PBL teaching method was used in the observation group.After the same period of teaching,the theoretical knowledge and operational skills of the intern nurses were evaluated,and feedback on teaching satisfaction and doctor satisfaction were analyzed.Results The theoretical score of the traditional teaching group was(70.00±13.38)points,the operational score was(75.40±7.62)points,the theoretical score of the PBL teaching group was(79.50±13.56)points,and the operational score was(81.20±7.64)points.Compared with the traditional teaching group,the PBL teaching group showed significant improvement in theoretical and operational assessment scores,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The satisfaction of intern nurses in the PBL teaching group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).In the satisfaction rating of doctors on nurses'surgical cooperation,the PBL teaching group was significantly better than the traditional teaching group with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional teaching method,PBL teaching has great advantages,which can significantly improve the theoretical and operational achievements of intern nurses and improve the cooperation effect of surgery.At the same time,PBL teaching can promote many abilities of nurses,and can improve the comprehensive quality of nurses in many aspects.
