临床路径教学联合PDCA在妇产科临床教学实践中的探索 被引量:3

摘要 目的 探索临床路径教学法联合PDCA循环管理法的创新模式在妇产科临床教学实践中的应用效果及价值。方法 选取2021年1月—2022年1月在南京医科大学第一附属医院妇产科进行实习的本科生、住培及专培医师120名,采用随机对照试验,将其随机分为试验组和对照组,两组各60名。试验组运用临床路径教学法联合PDCA循环管理法的教学模式,对照组采用传统教学模式及常规教学管理法,同时选取南京医科大学第一附属医院妇产科同等资历带教老师20名进行随机分组。教学结束后,采用调查问卷及综合考评等评估学生的教学效果及教师的教学能力等。结果 试验组的实习生、住培及专培医师的理论及实践技能成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);试验组的实习生、住培及专培医师的临床学习的积极性及参与度都显著提高,其临床思维及医患沟通能力也明显增强,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时试验组带教老师获得的教学满意度也得到了有效的提高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 将临床路径教学法联合PDCA法应用于妇产科临床教学实践中,不仅可有效提高学生的知识及技能的掌握程度,加强其独立思考、沟通协调、团队合作等综合素质,同时也可高效提升带教老师的临床带教能力,优化师资力量。 Objective To explore the application effect and value of the innovative mode of combination of clinical pathway teaching with PDCA circulation management in the clinical teaching practice of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods A total of 120 undergraduates,residential and specialized doctors who practiced in the department of obstetrics and gynecology of the First Affiliated Hospital With Nanjing Medical University from January 2021 to January 2022 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 60 participants in each group.Clinical pathway teaching method combined with PDCA management method was used in the experimental group,while traditional teaching mode and conventional teaching management method were used in the control group.At the same time,a total of 20 teaching teachers with the same qualifications in the department of obstetrics and gynecology of the First Affiliated Hospital With Nanjing Medical University were randomly divided into two groups.After teaching,questionnaire and comprehensive evaluation were used to evaluate teaching effect and teachers'teaching ability.Results The theoretical and practical skills of interns and regular trainees in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical learning enthusiasm and participation of interns and trainees in the experimental group were significantly improved,and their clinical thinking and doctor-patient communication skills were also significantly enhanced,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At the same time,the teaching satisfaction of the teachers in the experimental group has also been effectively improved,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of clinical pathway teaching method combined with PDCA method in clinical teaching practice of obstetrics and gynecology could not only effectively improve students'mastery of knowledge and skills,strengthen their comprehensive qualities such as independent thinking,communication and coordination,team cooperation,but also effectively improve the clinical teaching ability of teachers and optimize the strength of teachers.
