门诊学习在生殖医学住培中的应用

Application of Outpatient Learning in Reproductive Medicine for Standardization Training of Residents

目的 探讨门诊学习在生殖医学住培中的应用效果。方法 选择2019年7月—2022年6月在武汉大学人民医院生殖医学中心接受住培的2019~2021级学员93名作为研究对象,对照组59名在生殖中心病房轮转学习,试验组34名在对照组基础上增加门诊学习时间。采用问卷调查应用效果。结果 本研究共发放调查问卷93份,回收93份,问卷回收率为100%。试验组对教学过程满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。试验组在B超室学习必要性、激发学习兴趣和拓展知识面方面优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 在生殖医学住培中增加门诊学习有助于提高学员的学习兴趣、拓展知识面,有利于更全面地认识生殖医学。

Objective To explore the application effect of outpatient learning in reproductive medicine for standardization training of residents.Methods A total of 93 students of grade 2019-2021 who received standardized resident training in reproductive center of Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University from July 2019 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects.The control group containing 59 students studied in the reproductive center ward,while the experimental group including 34 students were arranged the outpatient study time on the basis of the control group.A questionnaire was used to investigate the application effect.Results A total of 93 questionnaires were sent out and 93 were recovered,with an effective rate of 100%.The satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The experimental group was better than the control group in the aspects of learning necessity,stimulating learning interest and expanding knowledge,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Increasing outpatient study in reproductive medicine for standardization training of residents can improve the learning enthusiasm of residents,broaden their knowledge and have a more comprehensive understanding of reproductive medicine.
