摘要
目的 探讨在麻醉专业规范化培训中应用模拟化教学技术的效果,探索新的医学教育手段。方法 选取2019年9月—2021年8月在空军军医大学第二附属医院麻醉专业进行住院医师规范培训(简称“住培”)的住院医生46名,随机分为观察组和对照组各23名。观察组采用模拟化教学方式进行培训,对照组采用传统教学方式。教学结束后,比较两组理论考试成绩和操作考试成绩(气管内插管、股静脉穿刺置管)、气管内插管的不良反应发生率、股静脉穿刺置管成功率和误穿动脉发生率、教学中操作失败案例、教学满意度。结果 观察组理论考试成绩、实际操作成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.005)。观察组穿刺成功例数高于对照组,误穿动脉例数、操作失败例数低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组教学满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.001)。结论 在麻醉专业住培医生的培训中采用模拟化教学技术,可提高教学质量、学生操作能力、教学满意度,有利于麻醉实践能力的培养。
Objective To explore the effect of applying analog teaching technology in standardized training of anesthesia specialty and explore new means of medical education.Methods A total of 46 resident doctors who received standardized resident training in the department of anesthesiology of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Military Medical University from September 2019 to August 2021 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 23 residents in each group.The observation group was trained by analog teaching method,while the control group was trained by traditional teaching method.After the teaching,the results of theoretical examination and operational examination(endotracheal catheterization and femoral vein puncture catheterization),the incidence of adverse reactions of endotracheal catheterization,the success rate of femoral vein puncture catheterization and the incidence of wrong artery puncture,the operation failure cases in teaching,and the teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The theoretical test scores and practical operation scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.005).The number of successful puncture cases in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,but the number of mispuncture artery cases and operation failure cases were lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion Simulation teaching technology can improve the teaching quality,students'operation ability and teaching satisfaction,and is conducive to the cultivation of anesthesia practice ability.
