John Searle's speech act theory analyzes and deconstructs the representation mode of traditional proper name theory by introducing the idea of human intentionality,thus breaking the metaphysical thinking mode that affects traditional proper name theory,and enriching the significance of proper name reference theory from the aspect of subject intentionality.From the perspective of pragmatics research value,Searle takes mental intentionality as the starting point of the whole speech act research and incorporates intentionality into the structure of speech act,which not only expands the perspective of pragmatic act research,but also lays a foundation for the analysis of intentionality.
