摘要
生物经济是被认为推动人类经济社会发展的全新经济形态。列举了红河州在生物多样性支撑生物经济发展的优势,分析了存在的主要问题:在政策方面,顶层设计还不到位、政策扶持还不够精准有力、品牌和品牌打造还很缺乏、公众认知与科技伦理之间还存在矛盾;在资源方面,关键资源致濒致危影响药用产业发展和实验动物资源利用;在生态环境方面,生态环境保护与经济社会发展存在历史性矛盾,产业潜能未能得到充分挖掘。针对存在的问题,提出了意见建议。
Bioeconomy is the new economic form that is considered to be the one that can promote the development of human economy and society.In this paper,we analyze the advantages and disadvantages of biodiversity supporting the development of bioeconomy in Honghe Hani and Yi Autonomous Prefecture of Yunnan,and puts forward suggestions for the existing problems.
