摘要
“双减”是为减轻家长负担和缓解家长焦虑难题而实施的重要民生工程。中小学课后服务承担着促进“双减”改革稳定持久和促进学生全面发展的使命,其质量在很大程度上影响着中小学校育人成效。本研究从内涵界定出发解决研究什么的问题;立足目标和原则,解决课后服务制度体系怎么构建的问题;阐述课后服务的指导性政策、规范性流程和具体性操作三大内容,解决中小学课后服务制度体系建构什么的问题。提出若干中小学课后服务制度体系实施的策略,为“双减”政策有效落地和促进学生生动活泼全面发展保驾护航。
"Double reduction"is an important livelihood project implemented to reduce the burden of parents and alleviate parents'anxiety.After-school services in primary and secondary schools undertake the mission of promoting the stability and sustainability of"double reduction"reform,and the all-round development of students.The quality of after-school service largely influences the effectiveness of primary and secondary school education.The implementation should start from the defining the connotation,to decide what to research;root in the goals and principles,to decide how to build the after-school service system;rely on the three major contents of guiding policies,normative processes and specific operations of after-school services,to decide what to build in the after-school service system;propose strategies for the implementation of the after-school service system,to escort the effective implementation of the"double reduction"policy and promote the lively and all-round development of students.
