农业现代化背景下保山市核桃产业发展研究

Research on development of walnut industry in Baoshan city under the background of agricultural modernization

以核桃为代表的坚果产业,是云南打造世界一流“绿色食品牌”的重要组成部分。保山市是云南省核桃主产区之一,也是云南核桃产业发展的重点地区。通过对保山市核桃产业产品加工、市场建设、品牌打造、资金筹措等方面梳理发现,保山市核桃产业面临政策依赖性高、市场发育程度低、产业化水平不高等问题。基于“做优一产、做大二产、做好三产,一二三产融合发展”的云南省高原特色现代农业发展战略,提出梯度化发展策略,通过强化政策支持,培育经营主体,打造核桃产业链,拓宽销售渠道,促进保山市核桃产业高质量发展。

The nut industry represented by walnut is an important component of building a world-class"Green Food Brand"in Yunnan.Baoshan city is one of the main walnut production areas and a key area of the walnut industry development in Yunnan.The research on the processing,market construction,brand building and fund raising of walnut industry in Baoshan found that the walnut industry was faced with some problems such as high policy dependence,low market acceptance and low industrialization level.Based on the development strategy of agricultural modernization with plateau characteristics in Yunnan province of"optimizing the primary industry,expanding the secondary industry,doing the tertiary industry well,and integrating the development of primary,secondary and tertiary industries",this paper put forward the gradient development strategy,which could strengthen policy support,diversify the participants,build the walnut industrial chain and broaden the marketing channels to promote the high-quality development of walnut industry in Baoshan city.
